Fill Out a Work Request Form: Click Here to submit a Work Request on-line! A Webcast 1 Account Manager will confirm receipt and provide your Update Tracking Number. Email your updates: in an outline format to updates@webcast1.com. We will then call or email you to confirm receipt and to provide your Update Tracking Number. • EMAIL: updates@webcast1.com Fax in your update: Print out a copy of the web pages requiring updates, mark them up with the changes you'd like to see and either Fax or mail them to us. There will be a turnaround time on UPDATES of anywhere from 24 hours to two-weeks depending on the nature and extent of the changes. Be sure to ask your Webcast 1 representative to provide you with an estimate in terms of time of completion.

* PLEASE NOTE - While you may email your updates to updates@webcast1.com, we may still request that you to FAX us a hard copy, review over telephone or ask you to set an appointment to review your update if we feel it is necessary in order to ensure the timely completion of your order.
